These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and WangKaya ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the WangKaya website located at https://wangkaya.cam and all associated services, products, features, and content offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

WangKaya is an online casino and sports betting platform designed to serve adult players in Malaysia. Our Services include, but are not limited to, online slot games, live dealer casino games, sports betting markets (including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, and UFC), lottery-style games, arcade games, and poker. All Services are made available exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

By creating an account, accessing the website, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of our Services, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms;

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this binding Agreement.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

In order to register for and use a WangKaya Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your use of the Services:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. WangKaya strictly prohibits access to its gambling Services by any person under the age of 21. We operate a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You may only hold one Account on the WangKaya Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
4. Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. Any material misrepresentation may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any pending balance.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or enforced self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or gambling restriction at the time of registration or during use of the Services.
6. Not a Vulnerable Person: You must not be registering or using the Services in circumstances where you are aware, or ought reasonably to be aware, that gambling may be harmful to your financial or mental wellbeing.

WangKaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time. Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local legislation. WangKaya accepts no liability in relation to any legal consequences arising from a User's access to the Services from a restricted jurisdiction.

To access WangKaya's Services, you are required to complete the registration process and create an Account. During registration, you will be asked to provide personal information including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method.

Upon successful registration, you will be issued a unique username and you will be required to create a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.

The following obligations apply to all registered Users in respect of Account security:

• You must use a password that is sufficiently strong and not easily guessable. We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols;
• You must notify WangKaya immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account;
• You must not use the Services from devices that are shared with, or accessible to, other individuals without your explicit authorisation;
• WangKaya strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to provide an additional layer of protection.

WangKaya will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been conducted by you unless you have notified us of a security breach prior to such activity taking place.

As part of our KYC process, WangKaya may require you to submit copies of government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by WangKaya may result in restrictions on your ability to withdraw funds from your Account.

WangKaya supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate the funding and withdrawal of Account balances. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Accepted Deposit Methods include, but are not limited to:

The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified under a specific promotional offer. Deposits made via DuitNow and FPX are typically credited to your Account balance instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits may take longer depending on network confirmation times.

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

1. Your Account must have successfully completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed;
2. The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited;
3. Any active Bonus Funds subject to an unmet Wagering Requirement will not be eligible for withdrawal until the applicable requirements have been satisfied;
4. WangKaya reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request;
5. WangKaya targets processing of standard withdrawal requests within 5 minutes during normal operating hours; however, processing times may vary depending on your chosen payment method and applicable banking processing times.

WangKaya may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, birthday bonuses, VIP tier rewards, and other incentive schemes (collectively, "Promotions") to eligible Users. The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of an individual offer:

• All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time the offer is made;
• Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate a Promotion will result in immediate forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds and may result in Account suspension;
• Unless expressly stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be specified in the individual Promotion's terms;
• WangKaya reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any Promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any obligations already accrued by eligible Users;
• Each Promotion is available once per eligible Account unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users who hold multiple accounts in breach of these Terms will be disqualified from all Promotions;
• WangKaya's decision in all matters relating to Promotions is final and binding.

The Birthday Bonus and Refer a Friend programme are subject to separate terms available on request from our customer support team. Tier-based promotions associated with the WangKaya VIP Programme are governed by the VIP Programme terms applicable at the time of your tier qualification.

All bets and gameplay on WangKaya are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product. Users are strongly advised to review the rules for each game before placing any wager. General principles governing all betting and gaming activity on WangKaya are as follows:

• All bets must be placed using real Account balance funds or eligible Bonus Funds. WangKaya does not offer credit to Users;
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the User;
• Displayed odds and game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or real-time events as applicable. WangKaya takes no responsibility for network disruptions affecting a User's ability to participate in a live event;
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or game interruption, WangKaya reserves the right to void affected bets and return the applicable stakes to Users' Account balances;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the respective game or market interface;
• WangKaya reserves the right to void or cancel any bet it reasonably suspects to be the result of match-fixing, irregular betting patterns, or exploitation of a system error.

For sports betting markets including the EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, and MMA / UFC events, WangKaya's sportsbook rules as published at the time of the relevant event shall govern the settlement of all bets. In-play betting markets are subject to the live market rules applicable at the time of bet placement.

Users of the WangKaya Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. A breach of this clause will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, and the forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Services for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity;
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform without prior written consent from WangKaya;
• Colluding with other Users, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or insider betting using non-public information;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any legitimate transaction made on the Platform;
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the security or technical infrastructure of the Platform;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, or threatening towards WangKaya staff or other Users.

All content, materials, and intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the WangKaya Platform — including but not limited to the WangKaya brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game content, imagery, and data compilations — are the exclusive property of WangKaya or are used under licence from third-party rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, title, or licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any WangKaya intellectual property without the prior express written consent of WangKaya. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by WangKaya and its licensors.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to sublicense any content or functionality to third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WangKaya, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, even if WangKaya has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

WangKaya does not accept liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or gambling losses arising from participation in any game or betting market on the Platform;
• Any loss or damage arising from technical errors, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside of WangKaya's direct control;
• Any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security;
• Any decisions made by Users based on information, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform, which are provided for informational purposes only;
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by the banking systems, e-wallet operators, or other payment service providers used by the User.

Where WangKaya's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, WangKaya's aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

WangKaya is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and to providing a safe environment for all Users. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control their spending;
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions;
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose over a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to permanently restrict their access to the Platform may request self-exclusion through our customer support team via live chat.

Either party may terminate the Account relationship under the following conditions:

Termination by the User: You may close your Account at any time by contacting WangKaya's customer support team via live chat. Upon voluntary Account closure, any verified Account balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of applicable KYC procedures and subject to no outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

Termination by WangKaya: WangKaya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• WangKaya has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity by the User;
• The User fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements within the specified timeframe;
• The User has registered under a false identity or has misrepresented their eligibility;
• Regulatory, compliance, or legal obligations require WangKaya to restrict or terminate the Account.

In the event of termination for cause, WangKaya reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned and the User is found not to have materially breached these Terms, the verified balance will be returned to the User within a reasonable period.

WangKaya reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect, with a reasonable notice period provided where practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date on which the most recent amendments came into effect. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services and, if you wish, close your Account in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms. WangKaya will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between a User and WangKaya arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Users are encouraged to contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat to raise any complaint or concern.

WangKaya aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive written response within 14 calendar days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may pursue resolution through appropriate legal channels.

Nothing in this clause shall limit WangKaya's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court in connection with a breach or threatened breach of these Terms.
